This is the second time Cheyne from Andy's Sprinklers has done work on my home's sprinkler system. He and a coworker replaced my backflow preventer in January 2020, and he and another coworker moved one of my sprinkler heads, verified my drip zones were still working, inspected a rotor head that I knew to be leaking, and then did a complete system check and recommended a handful of other things that I'm really glad he noticed! My sprinkler system is nearly 30 years old and it's important to me to keep it (and the rest of my home) in good working order. Cheyne actually complimented me on how well my system has been maintained, but he did notice a few rotor heads that were leaking and few other minor problems. At my request, he gave me some greatly appreciated recommendations on what to fix/replace and what could wait for another day. I took every one of his recommendations because I know him to be extremely honest from my past experience with him. Cheyne explains what he's doing and why he's doing it. He is forthright with expected costs. He gives me options. He speaks directly and kindly, which I really, really appreciate. And he and his coworkers do exceptional work in a very efficient manner! Truly, I could not be happier with Andy's Sprinklers and Cheyne! They will definitely continue to be my go-to sprinkler company!
