Reuben was very polite and knowledgeable about the service. He checked the whole system and then explained the issues he found. He made some repairs and was done in a very timely manner.
Ruben and his partner did a great job replacing heads, finding leaks, adjusting all sprayers to more power spray and redirecting ones that didn’t spray correct area. Rosemarie

Ran system check, found a total of 3 leaking heads aswell as 7 low heads, customer declined repairs at the moment and only approved the leaking heads, we also noticed the rf sensor battery was not working, I left a estimate to replace the drip on zone 1 for spray heads.
When we got here 1 & 2 didn’t work so we saw that the connections were bad so re did them and they did turn on properly. Then when we checked the rest of the system we saw nothing had pressure the heads would not pop up at all so we looked at the DCA and it didn’t have handles and we also saw 1 head in zone 1 and 1 head in zone 2 said he wanted us to fix the 2 leaking heads to see if that helped we changed them but they didn’t really get more pressure so we told the customer it sounds like the DCA isn’t open properly and there is no way to open it more since it had no handles but we were explaining to him there’s no guarantee that’s the issue and if it’s not that then maybe the valves aren’t opening up correctly. He said he wanted to do the DCA so we replaced it and saw that it picked up all the heads but it still didn’t have the proper pressure that it’s supposed to. So we recommended to split up a few zones in the front. We also found a leak in zone 6 when everything got more pressur
We came to check a leak by the house and we saw that there’s a valve leaking water but it was on the HOA’s side and we showed the customer that water was running from there but we did see that he has a very small leak from the main because the meter moved very slow and he said he’d call American leak detectors. We checked the system so we saw that zone 3 wouldn’t work because he told us 18 was capped off so we started investigating zone 3 but we saw that where zone 3 is supposed to start it was actually zone 18 but it didn’t have time since the customer thought it was the zone that was capped off. So we added time to it and it turned on fine. For zone 14 it was the valve that wasn’t working properly. We also saw that a valve for the rotors behind the trees wasn’t working so we also replaced it and it worked fine as well when checking the system we saw lots of low heads or heads that would stay popped up the customer only wanted to change the ones that were broken which was 14 but then
We came for a system check and we took off one watering day because she asked us to and we left Monday and Wednesday running every zone 10 minutes except zone 1 since it’s drip. We saw 3 heads sticking up 1 on the left and 2 in the right side of the house. and 2 nozzles that weren’t spraying properly we changed the heads and nozzles and checked everything again and it sprayed properly. We also uncovered the DCA because it was covered with grass and dirt it was old but it still had handles but we’re sending the estimate for the DCA in case the customer wanted to change it.
Upon arrival, the customer showed us an area that was constantly holding water in the front beds against the house. Ran station 1 in the front beds and found no leaks on the lateral lines or risers. Also confirmed that the valve for station 1 was not sticking or seeping. Shut off the DCA for the irrigation & observed that the meter was spinning at a steady pace, indicating a leak on the domestic line. Confirmed that no water was being used inside the house. Informed the customers that the leak was on the domestic line.
Customer had the wrong backflow device installed The city of Fairview send them a letter that they need to replace the DCA for a RpZ backflow device Customer denied doing the work will call the builder so they can warranty the work The current DCA was leaking at an elbow Customer wife is aware. Customer did not want to check system
We came for a system check and everything was fine we only saw a few low heads in the front but the customer told us they didn’t cut the grass this week so they should be fine. The rest of the system was fine.
After checking the system we found a total of 16 rotors that were not turning or leaking. We replaced those to have more pressure and to provide better coverage over dry areas. We also repaired a 3/4” pipe for zone 2 and replaced 3 leaking sprinkler heads for zone 8. We adjusted the times on the controllers to provide more water, system is fully operational with 0 leaks.
We replaced zone 1 valve stuck open We replaced 9 heads short one leaking We replaced 7 clogged nozzles Added 2 flower pots
We repaired 10 drip leaks Customer has all zones drip We checked the system with owner Everything works now
System Check - We replaced 2 leaking heads, 4 low heads, and added an additional head to the backyard on zone 2. We also replaced 8 nozzles and 3 broken shrub adaptors. We rechecked the system upon completion and all is well. 6 zone system, zone 7 was for the pond fill but has since been discontinued.
The customer called to check his system. We checked the system and found that zones one, two and three had too many brake pipes, so we left him an estimate for rotors and leaking heads and to make new zones in 1, 2 and 3.
