During the system check, several issues were found throughout the property. A total of nine pop-up spray heads were flagged to be replaced due to the heads, either leaking at the base of the stem and body, or not retracting after the zone was shut off. The valve for zone 10 was stuck in the closed position mechanically, and did not allow for water to flow to the sprinklers. In addition to the valve, zone 10 had a total of five broken lateral lines that needed to be repaired/capped. These were flagged to be repaired as well as the valve for zone 14. When checking the valves at the controller electrically, zone 14 had zero ohms, which indicates either a bad solenoid, or a severed wire. After multiple hours of investigation, it was determined that the valve for zone 14 is underneath a cemented walkway on the right side of the house. A separate estimate with investigation time and labor will be sent to the client to find and repair the issue with zone 14. All of the issues listed above w
