During the system check, multiple issues were found throughout the property. A total of 12 spray heads were leaking at the base of the stem and body, or were set to low and were not watering the grass effectively. Two additional spray heads were too short for the application, and they were flagged to be replaced with 12 inch pop-up spray heads. Four sprayheads in the back yard were flagged to be capped as they were unnecessary for the location. Three rotors in the backyard were leaking, and needed to be replaced, and two of the three rotors were flagged to be relocated to help ensure proper coverage of the backyard. Three nozzles on existing spray heads needed to be replaced as they were not the correct size and shape for the location of the sprayheads. The master valve for the irrigation system had failed mechanically, it needed to be replaced. The water pressure taken at the hose bib for the house was 50 psi, however, the pressure for the irrigation system checked at the backflow, (
