Technician was 11/2 late getting to job site. He did call to let me know he would be late. He did not totally understand my instructions in setting controller. I wished to have system water twice on my day to water. However, he set it up for only one cycle of 9 or 11 minutes depending on which circuit your on. I wanted a second "B" cycle to follow the first so there would be two watering cycles. Can he be sent back to correct the error?
