We were very satisfied with Terrence. He was polite, professional and friendly. However, I called the day after the service was completed to pay my bill and aparently no one bothered to actually run the credit card. Until today when Terrence called to follow up my wife and had been operating under the assumption this was behind us. Now we discover this is not the case and are extremely disappointed with this over sight and it has now put us into a financial bind. So now when someone ask me about my sprinkler system work I will have to tell them about the complete experience of how Terrence set you up for stellar review and your office staff fumbled the ball with zero time left on the clock. Overall experience = Average due to top notch service from Terrence Quality of Service = Execellent again thanks to Terrence Pricing = no recent frame of reference to judge on. Convenience = Awful due to failure to process payment when I called the day after service to settle the bill
