Response from Andy's Sprinkler, Drainage & Lighting Austin Office:
"Thank you for your kind words! We're glad we could help you with your sprinklers. If you need any further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.
I have had two other sprinkler services try to get my system functioning correctly and efficiently, and both times, they just couldn’t get it right and my lawn suffered for it. Finally I called Andy’s and could tell immediately it was a truly professional operation. They did a complete evaluation and addressed the complexities of drainage and higher demand areas. Matt and Layne were willing to listen to my priorities and come up with multiple solutions to choose from. I highly recommend them for the quality of their work and their courteous, friendly service.
Zone 2 we replaced a 4in head to a 6in head. Zone 5 we replaced a 4in head to a 6in head and also added a 6in head. Zone 6 fixed 2 drip line leaks
We came for a potential leak. The leak we caused be a head spraying a potted plant and low head drainage after use. The potted plant was temporary so we moved it, and we replaced the head with a SAM/PRS30 head to remedy the low head drainage. We replaced this head and 1 more regular PRS30 on zone 5. We replaced 1 4” head on zone 2. We replaced a 6” head and added a spyke on zone 3. We changed a clogged nozzle on zone 6. We checked our work and set the programming to the customer’s request.
Replaced one broken head and one leaking head by sidewalk near driveway zone 1, replaced a broken head zone 3 in front by neighbor, and replaced a broken head zone 4 (MPs) middle of fence on left side of backyard.
Changed a broken 6 in head zone 1 far right side of yard, changed 2 4 in heads to the right of driveway, and changed all nozzles except for one left corner of driveway on zone 1
Service fee Repairs: Replaced master valve. Notes: Customer declined all other work, estimate included. Estimate to install drip in the back yard also included.
We came for a system check and to look into a low pressure issue on a certain zone. The zone in question was zone 8, and the valve had failed electricity, and physically. We also discovered the wires leading to the solenoid were exposed (chewed by rodents or dry-rotted). We checked the other valves on the system, and found that the drip-kit and 3 other valves have the same wiring issues. These valves will need to be replaced sooner than later. We also found 30 contractor heads that have run their course (sticking up or down/broken), and a rotor that lost its nozzle due to a cracked housing. We also found several nozzles to change for efficiency purposes. Today we replaced the zone valve for zone 8, we replaced the 6 very broken/leaking heads, and we replaced the broken rotor. The remaining repairs have been put into quotes, and they are attached to this invoice. We checked our work, and we spoke with the customer.
Full system check, main line repair, valve replacement, head replacement, rotor replacement, not as a replacement
Customer contact the office in regard to a leak. Will be in our system check finding 22 MP nozzle swap out due to water pressure, head spacing, and had coverage. We also found four, 4 inch heads that were sticking after the Zona pass. After repairs made made a full system check was completed finding out for the repairs were needed.
