Upon arrival, multiple issues were found throughout the property. A total of 14 pop-up spray, heads were flagged to be replaced as they were either leaking at the base of the stem and body, or were set too low and did not have proper coverage for the yard. Two rotors in the backyard were flagged to be replaced as they were on the same zone as a pop-up spray with a rotary nozzle. These have different precipitation rates, and should be the same type to ensure even watering. The handles for the backflow prevention device, (DCA) were rusted off, and the device could not be operated. It was recommended to the client to replace the backflow device at the earliest opportunity. These were the immediate issues presented to the client with the recommended repairs. The clients main concern, was trying to locate a very large amount of water in the backyard.
