I inspected a home in Roanoke Alabama. The customer was having issues with mold and mildew from standing water under her home.
Met up with Mr. Morris, a very nice homeowner who was complaining of sagging floors. Upon inspection, we will be coming out to replace some floor joists and install some new support beams and posts to get his floor from sagging anymore.
