A customer in Tallapoosa, Ga reached out to get her basement fixed from a previous flooding in the home to continue with the remodel they were in the process of. After inspecting, I recommended a basement sump pump to help get all the old water and moisture out of the affected area(s). This to ensure no more moisture will be stuck in the customers basement.
A customer in Tallapoosa, Ga called and was concerned about sagging in the floors of a new home he just purchased. I inspected the house and did agree that he was having some sagging. I recommended installing post with concrete foots to help lift the floor back to its desire height and also putting in a drainage system as well add a sump pump.
A pest control company referred us to a customer about moisture in the crawl space. The customer was looking for the best cost efficient option to insure his home was healthy without costing a fortune. We suggested to install an encapsulation system with a dehumidifier to get the moisture out and prevent it from coming back. This will save the customer lots of money in the future while protecting his home.
