We received a call from a customer in Douglasville, Ga calling about getting an encapsulation system installed in their home. After inspecting the home and crawl space, I throughly went over an estimate with the customer and explained every step in the process. The customer was satisfied with the estimate.
A customer from Cedartown, Ga called concerned with sagging floors. After inspecting the home, I did discover signs of sagging floors and recommended a full demo and rebuild of subfloor. Along with an encapsulation system to help prevent moisture from coming into the crawl space to cause future damage to the home.
I was called out to a home in Temple, Ga with concerns of a moisture problem. After inspecting the home, I did find signs of moisture in the crawl space. I recommended an encapsulation system, including a drainage system and a dehumidifier. The customer was satisfied with the inspection and quote.

I was called to inspect a home in Cedertown, GA, where the customer was experiencing cracks in their bathroom floor. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the subfloor was damaged, causing the floor to crack. I recommended replacing the subfloor to fix the issue.

After inspecting, I recommended a basement sump pump to help get all the old water and moisture out of the affected area(s). This to ensure no more moisture will be stuck in the customers basement.
Customer called with the concern of sagging floors in her home. Located in Carrollton, Ga, she explained that it is visible that the floor is in poor conditions after pulling up the carpet. After inspecting, we noticed the sub flooring was damaged and needed to be replaced. To help with the sagging concern we recommended installing post along the crawl space to help with stability.
