Two (2) sump pumps connect sub-slab drainage perimeter drain. Footing drain discharges to street storm sewer. Gutter not yet installed on home where client wants to be sure no issues before completing construction. Architects plan provided where soil logs to be obtained. Discussed some possible scenarios involving missing gutter and false water table around foundation.
