Older 2-story home (Built ca 1927) where recently had guests staying upstairs. Home uses window box air conditioners where condensate line appears to have leaked into the home where now see a stain in ceiling on first floor. Further investigation shows upstairs wood floor is wet and is concerned about hidden mold growth. Looking for quote to investigate / correct.
