From the time I called and Debbie answered the phone she made me feel like my move would be much easier and she was right. She sent me an estimate of cost, and I called several places to compare prices and MODS was the best price. She scheduled the delivery and made sure the location of the MODS at my home would work with the delivery driver and me needing to load it. Jay called and made sure delivering the storage unit was convenient for me and we picked a location for the unit to stay while we loaded it. Jay even cleaned my driveway to make sure no residue was left behind when delivering the unit. Calling to have the unit moved from my old address to my new address was even easier as Debbie and Jay had both already scoped out where we were moving to. I have now emptied the unit and called to have the unit picked up. Jay called and said he would come pick it up this afternoon and what surprises me is they want to make sure it was OK . What a Great experience working with MODS has been.
