David came out personally and went over step by step what he did and where. It was more detailed than I have ever experienced with a pest control company. He has a real passion for what he does and it shows in his quality of work. He answered all of my questions and did not move on until he knew I felt confident in the explanation. Over all one of the best experiences I have ever had when it comes to customer service!
