The customer service is stellar. Every business, not just pest control, should strive to have reps like Barry. Kind and courteous. Very knowledgeable. Took his time. He was very thorough on the inspection. Covered everything. He was so patient and understanding of my situation and he didn’t try to sell me. I’ve been with this company in the past so I already knew what I was getting, but his approach just reassured me nothing had changed.
