When Matt arrived, he apologized for being alittle earlier, which was ok with me! He checked everything outside and found a trap that needed to be changed out, which he did! He is coming beck next week to check the inside traps because I wasn’t able to remove things in his way due to my knees having procedures on them! I will have someone to clear the area so he can check everything! He was very sweet and explained to me what he found and how he corrected it! In my opinion I think he is an asset to your company!

My experience was great. From the moment I walked into the building, I was greeted my two ladies. I was offered a soda or water by one gentleman and Mr. Barry was amazing. He was patient as he listened to my concerns. I felt he wanted to know who I was as a person regardless of the possibility of being a potential customer.
