Our regular technician was not available so a technician not familar with our home/what to use was sent. From an upright standing position he sprayed a material along certain baseboards. When my wife returned home she was mad. Had to clean the overspray. I called the BR main number, relayed the concern, and asked for a small price adjustment. There was no return call or any action. Years of relationship is now down the drain. Seems like managenent is taking customers for granted.
