I was very impressed with the overall service and professionalism of Paul. He was very pleasant and eager to get the job done correctly. I am very pleased with the new hot water heater. I am a renter so I don't know the cost of the heater so I can't rate the price.

Good but way over priced

The response time and service was very good however, the pricing for a snaked drain was over the top. The work took 5 minutes and the charge was almost $500. This normally would be what a company would charge in a large office building, not in a private townhouse.

Great Service

Paul was great. We just closed on a new house and it turns out the inspector missed a few leaks. While in our home, Paul noticed that there was a major issue with how the HVAC condensate line went out to the sewer. He brought the issue to our attention immediately. We also needed three toilets installed (more expensive than Home Depot). Paul was there all day working to fix everything and the results are great so far. He was also a nice guy, friendly, knew what he was talking about.

Completed inspection of 11 year old carrier furnace. Unit is running great at this time. Cleaned flame sensor checked gas pressure and electrical. Everything is within specs on unit. Furnace does need new filter 20x25x4

tech returned with exact model Faucet pulled and removed old faucet that was leaking at the hose connection (faucet base side, not able to replace). Installed new Moen faucet. Tested and insured that it was not leaking and everything is functioning properly. Customer kept old Faucet to contact moen

Shut water off to tankless water heater and disconnect power to unit. Run descaling solution through unit with pump for approximately 45 minutes. Flushed unit after solution was drained and turn unit back on. Everything is in working order at this time.

Technician arrived and customer explained that her shower handle had been getting hard to turn, until today she could not turn it without fear of breaking the handle off in the wall. She also showed tech to the master bathroom and explained that her husband had looked at the shower body and it was a similar problem. Tech went over the options and explained that the most likely cause which due to the age of the cartridges. Customer authorize tech to install new moen cartridges. Tech shut the water off and installed two new Moen cartridges. Water was restored and tech confirmed that the handles were no longer tight and everything was functioning properly. Tech re-installed trim kit in master bathroom at customers request. Customer had asked tech about installing new trim kits she had purchased. Tech explained that the kits needed should be made by moen for a single handle shower.

Tech arrived and customer showed him to the downstairs common bathroom. She explained that her husband had tried to pull out hair from the trap however was unsuccessful. Tech ran water in shower as well as lav sink until water filled up shower, confirming that the problem was in the common line. Tech explained some options and possible cause, and was given authorization to snake the drain. Tech snaked the, drain pulling out a blockage of a mass of hair. Drain was re-snaked confirming that there was nothing residual in the line. Line was then tested extensively confirming that it was clear and flowing. Customer then asked tech to look at the kitchen sink. She explained that the water was shut off if too much pressure was applied, or if the spray nozzle was used. Tech explain to her that it was most likely a faulty diverter. Options were given to the customer for a repair to the faucet or replacement. Given the age and condition of the faucet customer opted to have the Fossett replaced
