Technician return to expose ceiling in search of leak coming from the second floor bathroom. Upon removal of Sheetrock tech found large amount of water damage along with black mold, customer was made aware and advised to call a restoration company immediately. Leak was not coming from piping below the second story subfloor. Customer authorized closet wall , backing shower valve , to be cut and opened . Upon opening the sheet rock none of the piping had been leaking or dripping while being tested for several minute on hot, cold, shower, and tub. However mold and water marks had been forming around the trim plate and the downspout. The shower head that was leaking had been leaking water down behind the trim plate and down spout. Tech informed customer and had given options. Customer opted to have the trim all reset and reseed along with a new shower head. Included with the work preformed in this bathroom a new shower head was also installed in the other 2nd story common bathroom. At thi
