Tech arrived we shouldn’t a kitchen faucet by customer. Customer explained that it was leaking from the base of the faucet as well as the handle and underneath the sink. Tech found that the pullout handle hose had been loose from the Fossett. Put a Teflon sealant around the thread and tighten down the sprayer head ceiling the leak. At this time for faucet is functioning properly and there are no leaks present. Tech discussed membership plan with customer, customer is interested however declined at this time.
