This was the first time we've ever used Walker Pest Management. I'm glad we chose them over the other companies we've had out before. The technician arrived before his scheduled time, and was very polite, and answered all questions we had before starting service. We went with their quarterly service which covers Us all year long. Our main issue has been nice and palmetto bugs. The technician Tristan was able to identify problem areas of our home construction that no other company has pointed out before. He even went above and beyond his regular service that we contracted and sealed up behind some crawl space vents with screen and pointed out some areas where our plumbing comes in and out under the cabinets that needs a contractor to seal up. So far we are very confident in our choice and with the service that was provided. We look forward to it seeing Tristan again in a few months.
