We reached out to Walker Pest Management after hearing some good things from our friends. We decided to go with their quarterly maintenance plan since our flea and ant problems tend to come up multiple times throughout the year. It seems like every spring summer and fall the flea issue comes up even though our dog is on a flea plan from the vet. We also get ants throughout the year usually in our kitchen or bathrooms. After a great conversation on the phone with some one at the office we decided to schedule our first visit. Trisden came out and was actually early to his appointment but called ahead to let us know. This worked out great. Communication with everyone at this company has been wonderful. From phone conversations, to email confirmations, to in person speaking with the technician. You can tell this company cares for their customers. After our first visit Trisden scheduled a two week return visit at no additional charge just check and make sure things were looking good. so far we have nothing but good things to say about Walker Pest Management.
