Chad was very helpful, professional and thorough. We had a yellow jacket infestation in our siding. He explained my options, the treatment plan and had recommendations to help. The only thing I didn’t like was how the services are split up. This has nothing to do with Chad, but the company’s policies. Ideally there would be a package that includes termite prevention along with “general” pest control (mice, roaches, ants, carpenter bees, etc.) for one price. Instead theres different services for their definition of “general” pest control (mice/rats, spiders, “some” ants-carpenter ants not included). Carpenter bees are extra, as is termite control. I know pests aren’t “one size fits all” but as an average person I would think that others would appreciate having it all taken care of with one service/price from the company. Technician was great, I’m so-so on the company/service. I signed up for a year but after that I’m definitely going to explore my options.
