Setup for 1530, they called to confirm at 1330. At 1645, no response. At 1715, was called and was asked (again) what type of kit was needed-after a 10min discussion about my ability to read, I told the tech to just get whatever. He shows up at 1730, blocks the drive & informs me he just finished with a sewer cleaning. Did not boot his filthy shoes. Was amazed I was telling him the truth about what was to be replaced. Finished 5 min before I had to leave for a mtg. Not proactive, late, unsanitary, 100% markup on equipment, ... Will use other services in future
