Ace Pelizon Plumbing will perform a video inspection of the main sewer from a exterior cleanout on the side yard. Cleanout found not to be connected to sewer. Will perform from roof vent. Attempted to video inspect the sewer from a 3†roof vent. Roof vent is cut off in the attic. Attempted through 1 1/2†vent next to the 3†vent. This is connected. Ran video inspection and found the line to be ABS under the home then transitioning to cast iron under the home to the lines exit. On the side yard of the home the line exits and transitions to clay pipe. There is root intrusion at this location as well as other joints through the clay line to the street. The cast iron pipe has scale and rust build up. We recommend that the sewer have a proper ground level cleanout installed at the cast iron to clay connection on the side of the home in the brick pathway. Once this is installed, a descaling and jetting can be performed. We will provide a separate estimate for this work.
