Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a water heater not heating and issues with tub/shower. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found 30 gallon bradfordwhite water heater located in service porch area. Water heater connected to galvanized plumbing system. Gas company came out and stated that water heater has lack of necessary milivolts. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found Simmons 2000 tub/shower currently operational. Customer would like supplied shower sprayer installed and new tub spout at this time. Spoke with customer about options for rebuild of existing tub/shower valve and replacement. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will rebuild water heater with new gas control valve at this time and restore operation of water heater. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will install customer supplied shower sprayer and remove existing tub spout. Will install new tub spout and nipple at this time.
