Ace Pelizon Plumbing found existing toilet has weak flush. Toilet isolation valve also leaks when turned off. Ace Pelizon plumbing will shut water off to building, remove toilet and existing isolation valve. Will install new Kohler comfort height round toilet and isolation valve. Includes new wax seal and supply line. Restored water to fixture and verified flush and function. Caulked around toilet base and removed all debris from job site. Spoke with Mary while on site and was asked to replace hose bib on exterior of unit 1238 by back door. Shut water off to home and removed existing 1/2 bib and replace with new brass valve. Restored water to system
