Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a water hammer noise. Pelizon Plumbing found home has repipe that is not up to standard plumbing code. Ace Pelizon plumbing tested incoming pressure and verified regulator is currently reducing pressure from 82 to 50. There is a 10 lb pressure loss when fixtures are used in back house. Tech found unsecured pipes on exterior of home running along ground and up walls. Copper pipes are touching waste line on exterior. These pipes need to be secured properly. Tech found toilet in back living space not filing. Received verbal approval to rebuild while continuing diagnostic. Presented customer with price and was told service was to expensive. Finished rebuild at this time for $75 and verbalized/physically showed customer pipes not secured in areas where noise is heard. Tech found pipes unsecured in attic space/soft copper runs to fixtures not secured in ceiling or wall. Toilet functioning and water on inside of home. Customer is going to use ano
