Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a water heater leaking. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found a 30 gallon Bradford white skinny 16 inch diameter waste heater leaking from base. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will shut water off to existing heater and drain down. Will remove existing water heater, clean area and prep for install of new heater at this time. Will install new heater with necessary code upgrades at this time. Customer declined to have drain pan and drain line installed.
