Drain Cleaning drain repair Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a broken pipe under sink. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found p trap broken and possibly clogged. Ace Pelizon Plumbing removed affected and broken drain parts. Upon inspection branch tailpiece was also broken. Cabled kitchen line and line had excessive Fats oils and grease. Installed new abs drain parts. Tested for proper function and work area was cleaned.
