Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out for leaking hard to use faucets. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found bath room moen lav faucet requires cartridge replacement also found moen shower cartridge that needs replacement. Tech found hot and cold shut off valves to bath room faucet do not turn off, recommend replacement of valves at this time. Spoke with customer about valve replacement customer declined valve replacement at this time . Ace Pelizon Plumbing will shut water off to home and drain system. Will remove existing cartridge from shower and lav faucet. Will clean and prep valve bodies and flush debris from fixtures. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will install new cartridges in shower and faucet. Will restore water to system and verify function. Installed original trim and handles. Verified no leaks at this time.
