Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom into the downstairs living room. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will need to open up a 12 x 12 hole in drywall ceiling to access leak. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will need to shut off water to toilet, and will drain toilet tank and bowl, And will remove toilet and install new wax ring with bolts reinstall toilet. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will Restore water to toilet and test for proper function and leaks. Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a leak coming from upstairs. Upon arrival and inspection, Ace Pelizon Plumbing found 4 inch 90 from toilet that was leaking into the downstairs. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will need to remove toilet, remove closet flange, and cut out section from garage area for toilet drain. Will install a new closet bend a new closet flange and install new wax ring and bolts and reinstall toilet and seal around base. Ace Pelizon plumbing will check for proper function and leaks.
