Commercial water heater inspection Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a possible water heater warranty. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found corroded parts due to flooding at base of water heater in basement which voids warranty repair. We will call customer with price and availability for repair. We temporarily started water heater per customer.
