Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a shower valve not shutting off and to check water heater filter. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found customer had disassembled shower valve while water to home was shut off to home. Found that valve cartridge is damaged internally and spins with out stopping. Cartridge will need to be ordered and will need to return to install. Water heater filter shows that it is still in good condition and will need to be replaced when needle on gauge is in yellow section.
