Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a leak of exterior water line. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found 3/4 manual champion brass sprinkler valve weeping water from anti siphon valve. Spoke with customer and found that the fill for fountain in back was re routed from hose bib on other side of house, customer has always filled pool with hose. Removed anti siphon valve at customer request. Installed 3/4 ball valve and capped 1/2 line going into ground for future use. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will cable and clear (2) bathroom sinks from top of drain. Replaced pop up arm in master bathroom. Found that hallway bathroom sink leaking from old brass trap after cabling drain. Found plastic Pop up assembly also cracked. Cut out and removed old trap and pop up assembly, installed new pop up assembly and Abs trap. Connected to dirty arm nipple from wall and tested drain for proper function. Verified no leaks at this time.
