Ace Pelizon plumbing arrived and was shown water heater in hallway. Turned on water to house and found water spraying through wall from hot line inside wall after it leaves water heater. Ace Pelizon shut off hot water to water heater and turned water back on. They have cold water now. Recommendation is remove water heater from closet. Drill hole through floor and reroute hot water line outside of wall will need to crawl under house to reroute. Will then replace water heater with new 40 gallon with all necessary code up grades. Will turn water back on and test for leaks. Work approved by chuck. Customer called me after working for 4.5 hours and decided he did not want to pay that much. So ace Pelizon Plumbing ran new water line from outlet of water heater to under house connecting to old galvanize with a dialectic union.
