Install new 40 gallon natural gas, with new water hook and gas hook up material. Tank has a manufacturer warranty against leaking for 6 years, the control parts have a one year warranty and we warranty our labor for one year. We will drain, remove and haul away existing water heater. Prep area for installation of water heater. Install new water heater with new water connections, new emergency gas valve and flex connector, gas drip leg and earthquake strapping. Fill and flush new unit, put in operation and test for leaks. Clean up and haul away all job related debris. Test water heater again for proper operation and set temperature to standard, 120 degree.
