Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a to install laundry connections/venting for commercial kitchen and relocation of toilet closet flange in second floor restroom. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found walls in kitchen have sheer paneling under drywall effecting time to install water and drain line connections. Spoke with on-site contact about routing lines to exterior of wall and back in. Will install lint trap water box in warehouse area for dryer vent discharge. Closet flange relocation and install with work done to sub floor. Flange set and ready for toilet install. Installed laundry drain with recessed valve box in kitchen area. Secured piping to wall. Restored water to system and verified hot and cold water at all fixture locations. Installed ice maker recessed wall box in kitchen. Secured piping to wall. All rough plumbing completed for bathroom and kitchen fixture connections. Spoke with on site contact about venting for stove/oven through commercial roof. Will need to schedule
