Ace Pelizon Plumbing found customer had purchased and had ready for install a pedestal sink, wide spread faucet and toilet in upstairs display bathroom. Customer would also like new shower valve with trim installed in this bathroom. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will install hot and cold angle stops for pedestal sink. Will shut water off to building and cut out existing delta shower valve from inside wall. Will install new moen posi temp valve with brushed nickel finish at customer request. Included brushed nickel drain cover. Will restore water to building and verify no leaks at this time. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will install customer supplied Kohler toilet. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will provide all connection material. Restored water to fixture and verified flush and function at this time.
