I replaced the existing Water Heater with a 40 Gallon Rheem Water Heater. Reused existing supply lines, ran partial copper for TMP value, new gas flex, and new drain pan. Adjusted existing earthquake straps to proper fitment and location. Will be swapping out 40 gallon GM Water Heater to a 40 gallon Rheem Water Heater
