Arrived to test water pressure. Pressure at the backflow device at the water meter is 105 psi, no regulator installed at backflow device or meter. Recommend installation of pressure regulator at backflow device or inspect tenant space to see if there is one installed there that needs replacement. No current access to the tenant space. Returned to check inside tenant space, found 2 inch regulator, tested inside water pressure, over 100 psi, regulator needs to be replaced. Provided estimate, waiting for approval Will check water pressure at backflow device at meter and advise of issues. The service water pressure is very high and all other meters have pressure regulators installed after the backflow device, this device does NOT. Water pressure is over 100 psi.
