Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a backed up home. Upon arriving found all restrooms backed up. Clean out outside is only one way going out to the street. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will pull the toilet for access to run the cable to clear the blockage. After the stoppage is cleared Ace Pelizon Plumbing reset the toilet with new bolts and wax gasket. No warranty on the stoppage clearing. This is not the preferred way to clear the line. A proper clean out should be installed. Also recommend camera inspection to determine the cause of the stoppage. While trying to remove toilet the base cracked with minimal force. Will replace toilet and test for proper function.
