Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a leak in downstairs ceiling. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found water leaking in ceiling below master bathroom sinks. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will open ceiling and inspect drain lines to determine source of leak. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found right side master bathroom cast iron horizontal drain pipe cracked and leaking in ceiling. Will remove section of pipe and install new 2 inch ABS waste line at this time. Tested for drainage and verified no leaks at this time. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will remove existing insta hot water dispenser under kitchen sink and install customer supplied insta hot unit with dispenser at this time. Verified no leaks and functioning properly at this time Ace Pelizon plumbing will pull and reset existing toilet in master bathroom. Includes new wax, supply line and emergency shut off valve to fixture. Verified flush and function of toilet at this time.
