Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out to inspect a utility sink with a Chronomite water heater that is not up to code per Health Department Inspector. Chronomite Insta hot temperature is currently at 110, inspector requirement is 120. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will to shut off hot water to building and drain system. Will cut into 3/4 copper hot water line above sink to run approximately 10 feet of copper pipe to hand wash station. Will Install new angle stop and water supply line and will connect to hand wash faucet. Will also supply and install a new Watts recirculating pump to current hot water heater in an attempt to get hot water quicker to the hand wash station. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will test for proper function and leaks.
