Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a shut off valve not working. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found original gate valve for irritation isolation frozen in the closed position. Tech tested main shut off valve and found that it does not close fully at this time. Recommended to home owner that both valves be replaced at this time. Received approval from Deborah on site to replace both valves. Shut water off to system at meter. Drained building and irrigation system. Removed existing pressure regulator and necessary fittings to install (2) 1 inch ball valves. Restored water to system and verified no leaks at this time. Backfilled with native soil and cleaned area.
