Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a leak from shower valve. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found home was built in 1978. Wall can be opened to inspect source of leak. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will open wall under cabinet of master bathroom to expose visible piping. Customer stated that he is planning a remodel of bathrooms. Tech recommends repipe of home based on previous leak and one currently occurring. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will open tile wall and remove six tiles in this location. Will cut out section of pipe and solder in new fittings and pipe to stop leak. Restored water to home and verified meter is not moving at this time.
