Showed up and found water heater not working attempted to relight and pilot would not stay lit after un depressing pilot nob. Called Bradford white and they informed me that it needs a new control valve. Informed bray that we would have to Oder parts and return Monday or Tuesday. He said ok. Told him that it is out of warranty s there would be a charge to replace valve. Work approved by Bryan to order part and get it taken care of. Water heater is out of warranty. Set at 120 degrees normal heat setting. Called Bryan and got ok and payment cc.
