Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a Kitchen sink and tub in bathroom is clogged, garbage disposal is also not working may need to be replaced. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found garbage disposal stuck try to unjam would not break loose. Ace Pelizon Plumbing installed a new badger 5 garbage disposal with the new electrical cord. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found master bathroom sink clogged and shower. Ace Pelizon Plumbing ran snake through shower drain clear mind found hair.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing will arrive. We will shut off water to three buildings. Once water is shut of ace pelizon will cut out old 1†gate valve and replace with new 1†ball valve. Will also install new 3/4 fip hose Bibb. Once we we come back we will perform home inspection. Stuff needs to be moved to check some of the plumbing.

Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a slow shower. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found master bathroom shower draining slowly. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will cable and clear slow shower drain. Will verify flow after cabling. Found heavy build up of scale and hair in drain. Verified shower drains properly
Ace Pelizon Plumbing cabled bathtub drain and pulled back excessive hair. Tested equipment for proper function. Line is clear. Sold a bottle of bio one and applied to affected drains. Sewer smell: upon arrival and inspection there was no smell at the moment. Customer stated it smelled like rotten eggs. I inspected sunder the home where there was a previous issue and no signs of sewer spill. A bottle of bio one was sold and treated drains. Had customer monitor the smell from here on out. Next step would be to conduct a smoke test.
Work Order #: 931717 Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a valve leaking next to water service. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found utility angle stop valve leaking on nut. Also the utility angle stop valve does not shut off all the way. Slight leak. Ace Pelizon Plumbing excavated a small section to expose the line. The valve underground is right next to water service. This is considered as a underground water leak. The utility angle stop has a leak from the nut and does not shut off all the way. The actual meter is not visible anywhere around the unit. In order to make repair we have to determine what material the utility angle stop valve is piped in. Also to determine it does not supply any other units. Like a tee underground. The line supplying the unit is 1 1/4†schedule 80 transitioning to copper.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing crawled under the house and found that the existing 2 inch drain pipe is leaking in two places. One is at the drop under the kitchen sink and the other is as it goes under the concrete footing, can't be certain because that area is under water. Sewage removal will need to be completed before any work can be completed. Once clean up is completed we will replace the 2 inch drain piping from under the house under the kitchen sink to the concrete foundation wall under the house. There is approximately 25 feet of the drain pipe that needs to be replaced. Once that section is replaced we will retest the piping for properly operation to ensure that the line is not leaking and it is draining correctly. If no further issues are found after testing then the job will be complete. If the line is leaking further down below the foundation wall then we will consult with the owner and offer additional services to correct the problem. Ace Pelizon Plumbing recommended Emergenc
Mainline backed up. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found 2-3 inch double clean out in front of building holding water. Got approval from Bob to perform work. Ran cable through line and found soft blockage a few feet out. Ran cable out about 60 feet to ensure flow. Found lots of wipes and feminine products on cable. Let Bob know issues. No warranty on commercial drains.
Arrived at location and found master bathroom shower draining slow. We then ran 1/4 inch cable to clear stoppage. We then pulled back a bundle of hair and soap scum. We then ran shower for at least 5 min to ensure that the line was clear. We then cleaned area very well and everything is working properly at this time
Leaking shower valve. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found Price Phister cartridge in master bathroom leaking. Will supply and install new cartridge and test for leaks and function. 6 month warranty.
Will perform sewer video inspection of main sewer line. No accessible cleanout located on site. Will perform inspection from 4†roof vent at the rear of the home. Performed video inspection of the main sewer line from a 4†roof vent to the city main. Report of findings: Ace Pelizon Plumbing performed a video inspection of the main sewer line from a 4†roof vent located at the rear of the home. We found the line to be cast iron pipe under the raised foundation home. The cast iron pipe has scale and rust build up normal for its age. At the sewer line exit of home, we located a backwater valve that is buried with no access box at ground level. At this point the sewer line transitions to 4†clay pipe. It remains clay pipe the remainder of the way to the city main. It is unknown if the pipe size transition from 4†to 6†at the property line.
