Ace Pelizon Plumbing crawled under the house and found that the existing 2 inch drain pipe is leaking in two places. One is at the drop under the kitchen sink and the other is as it goes under the concrete footing, can't be certain because that area is under water. Sewage removal will need to be completed before any work can be completed. Once clean up is completed we will replace the 2 inch drain piping from under the house under the kitchen sink to the concrete foundation wall under the house. There is approximately 25 feet of the drain pipe that needs to be replaced. Once that section is replaced we will retest the piping for properly operation to ensure that the line is not leaking and it is draining correctly. If no further issues are found after testing then the job will be complete.
